  • What does the CD/NLA Show have to offer?
    The CD/NLA Show offers four days of valuable educational sessions, engaging networking events, and a show floor filled with industry vendors. You can network and interact with hundreds of fellow operators in the chauffeured transportation industry while participating in insightful learning opportunities and learning about the latest and greatest products/services for the industry.
  • How do I register for the show?
    To register for the show, click the ‘Register Now’ button on the top menu on cdnlavegas.com. Registration confirmations will be sent to your email address upon registration completion and payment.
  • What are the different registration types?
    • NLA Member Full Show Pass: This pass is for employees, owners, etc. of chauffeured transportation companies that are members of the National Limousine Association.
    • Non-Member Full Show Pass: This pass is for employees, owners, etc. of chauffeured transportation companies that are NOT members of the National Limousine Association. Please note that membership status will be verified.*

    *NLA membership status will be verified upon registration. If you register incorrectly, you will be contacted to pay the difference for the Non-Member rate or to become an active NLA member. If your registration is not updated to accurately reflect your membership status, you will be denied entry to the show until the correction is made.

    • One Day Only Pass: This pass is for employees, owners, etc. of chauffeured transportation companies. You can register for either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday of the show and access all show events for the day that you register. Please note that you will not be able to pick up your badge until the day you have registered for, and you cannot access the show for any other days unless you register for them as well.
    • Show Floor Only Pass: This pass is for employees, owners, etc. of chauffeured transportation companies. It will give you access to the SHOW FLOOR ONLY on the day you for which you register. You will not be able to access other show events on that day.
    Non-Exhibiting Vendor Pass: This pass is for industry vendors (any company providing a product/service to the industry) that are not exhibiting at the show. This is the ONLY pass for industry vendors. You may not register for any of the other registration types. If you register incorrectly, you will be notified and required to pay the difference for the Non-Exhibiting Vendor Pass. If you do not register with the correct registration type, you will be denied entry to the show.

  • What is included with my show pass?
    If you register for a Full Show Pass, you will have access to all show events, meals, etc. throughout the entire show except for “Invitation Only” events which will be listed as such on the show schedule. One Day Passes will give you access to all show events on the day for which you are registered, while Show Floor Only Passes will give you access to just the show floor on the day for which you are registered.
  • I want to bring one of my employees to the show. Do they need to register?
    Yes, each person needs their own show registration. All spouses, significant others, family members must be registered for any show events they plan to attend.
  • Where is the schedule for the show?
    The schedule can be found on the Schedule tab on the menu on cdnlavegas.com. It will also be available on the mobile app once it is available closer to the show.
  • Will meals be included?

    Below is a list of all meals/events where food and drinks will be provided. Full Show Passes will have access to all events and One Day Passes will have access to all events on the specific day of the registration.
    Coffee and tea will be available during all educational sessions. Water stations will be available in session rooms.

  • When do I need to wear my show badge?
    You must wear your show badge at all times to access all show events. Badge checkers will be stationed at the show floor entrance at all hours. Attendees can only access the show floor during show floor hours. Exhibitors can access the exhibit hall throughout the day with their show badges.
  • Can I get my badge reprinted if I lose or leave it in my room?
    There is a 50% charge of the original badge cost for the first reprint and if there is another, the badge will need to be purchased at the onsite price. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • When can I pick up my badge? Can I pick up a badge for my friend, colleague, significant other?

    You can pick up your show badge during open registration hours on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Please check the show schedule for registration hours.
    All attendees must pick up their own badges as identification must be presented upon pickup. Spouses may pick up the badges of their spouse.

  • Where can I find more information on the educational sessions?
    Once the educational program is announced, information on all educational sessions, speakers, etc. can be found on the Workshops & Seminars page on cdnlavegas.com. This information will also be available on the mobile app once it is available closer to the show.
  • What is the refund/cancellation policy for the show?
    All written requests must be submitted to Jess Pavlow This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Those received on or before January 29, 2024, you will be refunded your total amount minus a $95 processing fee. After January 29, 2024, there will be no refunds given. No exceptions.
